• Jimmy Dugger - Networking
  Jimmy is a Lifetime Member and Past President of SMTAR and with a well-established history of service to his community and various organizations locally and beyond.
• Pat Ford - Education
  Pat, a writer and educator currently serving as SMTAR Director, is a previous member of the SMTAR Education committee and is a TREC-approved instructor.
• Jennifer Graham - Advocacy
  Jennifer Graham is currently serving as political coordinator for Rep. Scott Cepicky, was political coordinator for Sen. Lamar Alexander during his term in office, and has been a supporter of the REALTOR Politcal Action Committee for many years.
• Kristen Pendergraft - Professionalism
  Kristen, your 2025 SMTAR President-Elect, is a principal broker and has served several terms on committees regarding professional standards at both SMTAR and Tennessee REALTORS.
