Annual Lockbox Billing

The annual Lockbox Maintenance & Service Fee is billed to all participants in the SMTAR Lockbox Program. (This applies to individual agents and any agents in an office that borrows lockboxes as a company.)

Annual Dues Billing

The annual membership renewal for all SMTAR Members. All payment is due January 1st.
