Lockbox access requires SentriKey Mobile App. You must have a RealTracs username and password to be eligible for the SentriKey app. The annual fee is deducted from your RealTracs account and its use is subject to MLS Rules and Regulations in addition to all other association policy and state/federal law.

Lockboxes are placed on the door of your listings to allow other agents, home inspectors, and appraisers to enter the property. Please note that there are laws and rules in place which prohibit you from providing access to a property directly to your clients via the lockbox. The options below are available at SMTAR for obtaining an electronic lockbox.

Borrow enough lockboxes to cover your active and pending listings in Giles, Lawrence, Lewis, Lincoln, Marshall, Maury, Perry & Wayne Counties. Lockboxes must be checked out individually for each listing and returned once your listing goes off the market. Lockboxes may be transferred from one listing to another listing, but you must notify SMTAR of the transfer. A lockbox agreement and annual lockbox inventory is required.

Agents transferring to offices that have lockboxes available for their use must return SMTAR-owned lockboxes. The mandatory Lockbox Maintenance & Service Fee in these offices is $110.*
