Awards to be presented:

REALTOR of the Year - Selected based on their REALTOR ®spirit (30%); business accomplishments (30%); his/her service to the local and/or state associations (25%); their service to their community (15%).  (Not awarded based on sales volume.)

Andy Akin Distinguished Service Award - Presented in recognition of dedicated service and outstanding contributions to our Board of REALTORS®. The winner is someone who upholds the code of ethics, shows integrity, has a good working knowledge of real estate, is cooperative with others and always displays a professional image.
