*16 Hours of Continuing Education (CE) is required for renewal of affiliate broker licenses issued after 7/1/1980, broker licenses issued after 1/1/2005, and Principal Brokers who supervise affiliate brokers in the state of Tennessee.

100% attendance for each course is required to receive credit. You must check in at the front desk. Please notify staff of any issues that may interrupt your attendance as it may affect your ability to receive credit.
