Please choose the association that will be your primary organization:

My current association will be continue to be my primary REALTOR® Association.

Your primary association is responsible for collecting your local, state & national dues. State dues are applicable to the state where the association is physically located. If you select this option and the primary association is located outside of Tennessee, you will need to apply for membership to Tennessee REALTORS® separately if you are interested in Tennessee forms. You will be joining SMTAR as a SECONDARY member. We will collect LOCAL dues only.

I want to transfer my membership to SMTAR and cancel my membership with my current association.

SMTAR will reach out to your current association for a letter of good standing, collect LOCAL dues and STATE dues, if necessary, and process your transfer. We will collect local, state & national dues on January 1st when it is time to renew your membership.
