Member | Office Transfer Form

If you have transferred to a new office, or if you are a broker transferring an agent, please use this form to upload a copy of the TREC 1 form for processing by our staff. A $25 Transfer Fee is charged to the member account for processing of member transfers.

Members transferring to offices with lockboxes will also be charged a Lockbox Maintenance & Service Fee.

Please remember that the TREC 1 form must be submitted to the Tennessee Real Estate Commission for processing to update your LICENSE records.
