This class will be offered at your association on July 8\, 2026\, from 9:30 AM-2:00 PM with a 30-minute break for lunch during class. Lunch will be provided by Kelly Dobbs who will be your THDA instructor for this class. Finally\, by taking or retaking this 4-hour class\, you become a THDA-approved REALTOR and have your contact information shown in THDA's Find a REALTOR page for 3 years.
