Designed to enhance your current knowledge of the core RealTracs system. This class introduces advanced tools to assist you in getting everything you need from RealTracs.
- Mapping - Learn how to use mapping within RealTracs to locate and view properties geographically with a radius or polygon drawing.
- Saved Searches - Learn to create your own search using available fields in the system and then save for future use.
- Custom Layouts - Learn to customize and sort your search results to fit your client's needs. Save the Layout as your default result layout if desired.
- Favorites - Learn to save properties to a list for future reference.
- Hot Sheets - Use the Current Hot Sheet or Today/Days Back to find the latest activity in RealTracs
- Agent Reports - View Agent Inventory and Productivity for a requested date range.
- Create Flyers - Learn how to easily create and quickly print listing flyers.
