AUCTION ITEM DONATION FORM

New, gently used, antique and vintage items are welcomed!

You will need to bring your auction item to the SMTAR office or to the Elk's Lodge the night of the auction. We cannot accept large items at the SMTAR office.

The SMTAR office will be CLOSED for extended periods on July 25th to allow for event preparations. Auction items will not be accepted at the SMTAR office on July 25th.

Items should be in good condition and cleaned prior to the event.
