FinCEN, a part of the US Treasury, requires new reporting regarding some residential property transfers. Come find out what role you play in this new requirement.

Are you ready for new federal rules that could impact your closings?

This session will introduce you to the FinCEN Residential Real Estate Rule—a federal requirement targeting cash purchases by entities and trusts to combat money laundering. You’ll learn:

  • What types of transactions are affected
  • What specific information must be collected from buyers and sellers
  • How this will change your closing process

🔍 Bonus: We’ll also cover suggested language to add to your contracts and the key considerations you should keep in mind when working with potential FinCEN-reportable properties.
