*16 Hours of Continuing Education (CE) is required for renewal of affiliate broker licenses issued after 7/1/1980, broker licenses issued after 1/1/2005, and principal brokers who supervise affiliate brokers in the state of Tennessee.

100% attendance for each course is required to receive credit. You must check in at the registration desk before each session. Please notify staff of any issues that may interrupt your attendance as it may affect your ability to receive credit.

DAY 1 TUESDAY

TREC CORE (Residential)
The TREC Core course is required by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission for all real estate licensees that must complete 16 hours of CE to renew their license. Seven Things that Keep My Broker Up at Night

This course covers the TREC complaint process (not to be confused with the REALTOR association procedures) and best practices for your business.	12:30PM - 3:30PM 3 HOURS CE CREDIT
